Users currently must go through completed audits and individually assign corrective actions. I have had clients recommend that when assigning action items in Audit Track (after performing an audit) that the question on the audit be automatically copied over into the Action item description. Otherwise our users have to re-type the question/action item to be corrected for every single failed question. For users that perform 10's-100's of Audits a month, this could be very time consuming.
