USI client Baywood Hotels has dozens of sub sites, which they use both training track and Incident track on. Cody Jeffries with USI would like to make it possible for Incident track contacts to be copied from the main site to any sub site that a User chooses in order to not have to repeat adding in the same email addresses.
Also, automatically having the 'Distribute' checkbox selected when an Incident is saved and ready to be sent, as many users will forget to click this box and the incident will not send to the emails selected.
They would also like to be able to have the ability to schedule training from the main site to all sub sites.
