The notice on the emails that vendors receive to upload a new COI is much much too small and vendors are replying to the email instead of selecting the link. My Client is very frustrated with this. Suggestions for fixing it Is to
1. Make it an option that the Client can edit
2. Change the font so it is much bigger
3. Put it at the top of the email or somewhere the reader cannot miss it.
