There can be two Setup icons displayed next to each other in Document Direct when navigating through folders. If the user has navigated into a folder in which there are multiple sub-folders, a second, smaller Setup icon is displayed below the Signature Setup icon. All setup functions on a page should be included in the same menu / icon usage per page should be unique.
