We try to make it easier for our employees to remember their login names by employee ID instead of having a bunch of different logins across all our platforms.
This is controllable when individually entering a new employee but not when adding them in bulk. This feature would be helpful for our employees as well as our admins. We would automatically be able to tell the employee to use their ID instead of what the system made up.
