Our clients from time to time will set up an employee in the RMC. They forget that they can't assign training until after an email is active. When they do this the KPA system receives an email that the email address does not exist and then suppresses the email address. It is very time consuming to find out from support if this is the case. Would be nice if champions could check on email addresses for our clients employees and release them if there is a block because of this.
