Incident track enhancement - Multiple clients would use
In Incident track, you have the option of attaching files, photos, etc. in the incident. However, once this incident is distributed out to eh distribution list for the client, the attachments do not appear, only the form which was filled out.
The only way currently to view the attachments is for the client themselves to go into each incident and view it. In order for the distribution list to receive these attachments they will have to go into a third party (such as their email) to send out the necessary other documents.
Please consider allowing attachments to be sent which are in the Incident, via the distribution list for RMC clients vs only showing the incident document itself.
