Add place for documents / content within Employee Portal

Client has safety manual that they want to make available to all employees via RMC. Currently there is no place for static content within the employee portal, with the exception of the SDS database, which is not conducive for the client's need.

Need separate tab/place within the employee portal for content that the client wants to make available to employees, so employees can access safety content in one central place, rather than having to download it to their personal devices.

    This should be a simple addition in the My content section to add a folder called Shared with all Employees that can show up on the employee portal. This would be extremely useful and drive more use to the RMC.
