Platform - Periodic Emails
Currently Interwest would like to know if they can edit periodic emails past 7/8/20. This is currently the furthest week they can edit emails. Below is the Zendesk message:
Good Afternoon,
I would like to know if there is any way that you can open more periodic emails for editing. Currently the 7/8/2020 weekly email is the furthest out available. If there is a possibility to open these up possibly a year at a time or perhaps
6 months, it would be helpful. Being able to prepare these for distribution more in advance would be very desirable. InterWest does replace the scheduled training short attachments with items based on our own annual schedule so if that is the item holds up
the process it would not bother us to have those open for editing without the attachments pre-loaded.
Please let me know if there is any ability to open these for editing sooner than is currently available.
