Literally everyone who gets emails would benefit. Training should include how to identify spam, phishing, and all other malicious emails; statistics of malicious messages, such as most clicked, usual subject lines, etc; basic steps to protect yourself, such as blocking a bad sender, do not use unsubscribe, do not open links, do not reply; steps for reporting bad messages, such as forwarding to IT department, report messages to email filtering company, etc. Would also like to have some downloadable posters that summarize the above info, which can be posted in break rooms and IT department, etc.

I agree with this request. PHishing training is a requirement of HI TRUST
I am the new guy here in Wichita. i am the facilities coordinator. which has light duty IT problem solving. this past week I've been called to someone's computer only to find a Phishing attack. that being said no one clicked on anything without asking, but our people really need to be trained on how to identify Phishing. i think this would be a great program. i would use this as training for our group sure.
