Every month we run the group usage report. This report is then manipulated to back out the previous months report numbers to give the monthly amount. Our company produces monthly and quarterly risk management reports to show what client usage is. Currently we are having to use this work around to obtain Succeed usage numbers. It would be a life saver if these reports were available in a monthly format. Another issue with this work around method, if a client is archived and has a significant amount of logins, those numbers are taken out of the next report, skewing the numbers and making it hard to be accurate. Additionally, sometimes I get busy and forget to run the report, and there is no way for me to get back on track using the work around if I miss running the report by a few days or weeks.
