Employees receiving assigned tasks from old company ID.
Please see the information given below. This client (Somerset) had an account which was cancelled back in 2018 with Liberty Mutual. They now are with USI, with a new company ID. Employees are still receiving notifications from the old company ID, though. Was able to receive an email from Toni Townley to confirm this email notification is indeed being sent. I was able to login as this account with the odl company ID and see the employee's training which is stating is overdue.
This company needs to only have notifications being sent from their current site with USI, not the account with Liberty Mutual which was closed in 2018.

In December of 2018, we discontinued using the account associated with CompanyID 24896. In May of 2019 we began using CompanyID 299692.
I no longer have access to login as an Administrator for CompanyID 24896 and our employees are still getting Assigned Task emails for the discontinued account.
Will you please help me with deleting all incomplete assigned trainings for Company ID 24896?

That’s a good question. The emails would say Liberty Mutual Employees. The Assigned Trainings emails in my inbox looked like this:

Hi Toni,I'm unsure what you are referring to with this. The request is still open. What will help more than this screenshot (which I appreciate you sending) is a forwarded email that was received by an employee.
