I know in the past we used to be able to assign the time of the day that training emails would be sent through the RMC and then this caused a problem with spooling and there was a 24 hour delay in emails being sent. I have a client that emails are set to be sent every day M-F. Their training emails were not sent until after 11 pm. This is not effective to remind employees they have the training assigned until the next day. Is there any way to change when emails are sent based on the timezone set in the organizational settings? The email sent time seems to be very random.
