I have received a lot of complaints from clients and agents about the reset password email looking like spam. Clients usually disregard the email when we send it, because it does looks like spam. It needs to look more professional and like it's actually coming from KPA. The other emails look great so why is this one so outdated and plain? KPA or the company name should be mentioned somewhere on there, because the lossfreerx email is not familiar to the clients.
