I think this application would be 100% perfect if I could have a dashboard to oversee ALL of my plants information collected. So instead of having to check each individual plant, I would have "All Plants" in the drop down list. On the dashboard it would tell me how many total (Company Wide) trainings are due or overdue, etc.
