Risk Management Platform Ideas

If a planned update is set, the Champions should be emailed a week in advance

The RMC being down over the weekend of 2/14-2/17, 2020 was not communicated to us.  As such our clients were not notified until the day before the outing via the RMC.  Would have been nice for us to contact our customers ahead of time to let them know it was going to be down.
