Risk Management Platform Ideas

I have a client, State of NH, that has a 3-year training cycle.  Example – Employees have 3-years to complete their two defensive driver trainings.  Since the system only allows a max of 365 “*Days before due date to start notifying employees”
and it will not allow the system to “Send employee notifications immediately” when the training is initially assigned (see below), How do you get the Notice and/or Employee Portal logon info to the assigned employees at the initial assignment and periodically
during the first two years of the cycle?
