In the employee Import Spreadsheet, the following fields should be required: Position, Work Email, and Date Hired. Without those fields you can't electronically assign training via email or by position. When running reports, you can't run a tenure report without the Date Hired. That helps to pinpoint which employees are being injured. Is it a new employee who needs supervision/training or a seasoned employee who should know better.
