Think about as a supervisor out in the field, on the production floor and an incident happens or pre-forming an audit. It would be easier for the supervisor (or employee) to fill out the forms on a mobile app instead of printing off paper.

This is an essential feature and one everyone would benefit from. It would allow the person reporting the incident in RMC to quickly and efficiently gather details and take photos. Would it be possible to start with making the website truly responsive?
