It would be useful if there were a version date on all of the files/documents in the library. It will show if there is an updated version from one that a client may have downloaded. Also show a point in time when it was created and if the information is still viable as laws change.

I agree! The laws are dynamic and we need to be confident that we are sharing updated information with clients.
