Editing Mailing Templates to Adjust Font size
There is no way to change the font size of the sample letters to send out to Vendor's for expired COI's. The letter prints out very tiny. I have to open it up in Microsoft Word to edit it, to make it look professional and readable. It would be nice if it was ready to send right from your site.
