Risk Management Platform Ideas

Hello,
My client Standard Drywall would like to utilize the Safety Observation Track to record safety inspections at their job sites. To use it, they would need to identify a specific project where the observation took place instead of identifying a specific employee, position or department. Could we add "Project" as another observation type and pull the projects from the list that is created in COI track?

I've attached a mock up of what we're thinking. Let me know what you think.
