Leavitt Pacific is looking to be able to report usage by client user, not just by client. They would like the Group Usage report to also have a column for client admin user so they can see who in the client organization is actually using the Risk Management Center.
Hi Team,
Please see below request from Leavitt Pacific. Is there a way to report on Clients by batches (or by associated Producer) or are the only reporting options
a complete Agency usage report or individual Client report?
Jana is trying to come up with a way to not have to do this manually.

Is there a way we can get a report by that would show usage
By client
By user and each users activity separately? This would be a great asset for the producer to review with the client. It would be a great
item to include in our marketing package for underwriters showing they individual company is “engaged” in risk management.
If there was a report option to say enter 5 clients at a time {save me A LOT of time}. If one does not exist – how can we make it exist?

Hi Wendy,Regarding reporting by actual user at the client level, the Risk Management Center does not currently have the functionality to identify the users in this way. There are also no reports that can be generated at the Producer level. So yes, the only reporting options are the Agency and the individual client. Please let me know if this answers your question.

I would think that adding individual user info could just be a drop down?
Can we have KPA create a Modified Usage report?
