We have clients who have hundreds of employees. Currently their only options for employee usernames/passwords are to have the system automatically assign random usernames/passwords to their employees, or to manually change each one themselves. Employees do not have the option to change these when they log in, and they are very difficult for employees to remember. The only way to change the username and password is to have the administrator manually change it for them. This is extremely inefficient and time consuming, and very frustrating for the client and employee. There needs to be an easy option for administrators to edit employee usernames and passwords in bulk, and for employees to change them if desired.
