Instead of selecting pictograms, retyping hazard statements and precautionary statements use OSHA table C.4 to do data entry. Creating GHS lable would be very easy if you can select health/physical hazard and then Hazard category.
i.e. If you provide selection for "Toxic for inhalation -Category 1" everything could be prepopulated (hazard statement, signal word, hazard statement pictogram, prevention, response, storage and disposal.
