Ability to customize the subject line/sender/body of claim submission email notification. It would be helpful to add/edit identifying info to make email more noticeable and recognizable. Some carriers require certain text in the subject line of the email identifying NEW CLAIM and/or policy # info. Also, the subject line in the email notification for a new claim looks identical to the email notification for updates to existing claims. Also, the lack of incident ID # in email notification makes it difficult to recognize duplicate claim submissions from multiple new claim submissions without opening every email and downloading the report.
