As an interested party to incidents within my organization, I need to see not only the incident reports, but all attachments to the incidents so I can properly assess and take appropriate action when I am informed of the incident in question.
Currently the reports that are distributed include all of the text data associated with an incident, but do not include any attachments. Admins would have to download the attachments and send them separately which is inefficient.

I have a few clients that are asking for attachments to be included in the distributed Incident Report. Oftentimes, there are several players involved in Risk Assessment at an organization and some of them might not have login credentials to Incident Track, so it would be beneficial to include attachments (photos, statements etc.) when an Incident Report is distributed.
