The downloaded JHA is nothing more than an outline without listing the actual step headings (Default as "Step", "Issue", "Job Requirement").
We have been editing those fields and calling them "Task", "Hazard", and "Control" for a more accurate representation of a JHA, but if they don't appear on the downloaded form it isn't helpful.
