My client has requested the ability for the employee to upload a pdf to an assigned offline training via the Employee Portal. For example, the client is a school; staff members are required to complete trainings that are not currently offered in the Risk Management Center like Mandatory Reporter Training (http://mandatedreporterca.com/). Offline, the employee completes the training outside of the Risk Management Center. Then, the employee would upload the certificate of completion as an attachment for the offline training. This would greatly reduce the amount of scanning and uploading the HR department would have to do for their required trainings.
