For example, a OSHA recordable can also be a worker compensation claim. The Comp claim spreadsheet asked if the claim is recordable but does not collect OSHA related information such as days away. The basic incident data spreadsheet does not collect job title whereas the OSHA and Comp claim spreadsheets do.
