It is too much to add a site for every job we have and there is no option to chose an employee that the audit is for. Instead there should be some basic information for each audit that does not "score" on anything. A title page that includes Job #, Job Name, Foreman Name, Weather, Job Type, etc. Customizable fields would be best that you can later run reports on (How did this Foreman perform on all his job audits this year? or Which jobs types did we have the most safety problems on?)
