Currently the criteria entered to filter an Advanced Search reverts to default every time a record is opened and closed in Incident Track. For example, when we filter to see only open claims for a specific site, then open a claim and close it again, we need set the filters again to continue working with the same criteria. This happens often when we are updating financials or another information for multiple claims. It would be a time saver if the filter criteria was held until the session was closed or we choose to change it.
