We have a client that may have to initiate “EEOC Training”. Is there an HR contact at the new organization who might be able to help me figure out the Civil rights training piece and what would encompass it and if there is training that could be assigned in the RMC that would satisfy this ?
the EEOC is considering requiring the Company to hold “Civil Rights training classes” for all employee every year for 4 years. They also need to put on a training class to cover all new hires every 3 months (or so). This is going to be another big expense to the company. the training schedule as proposed will be a 1 hour training class for all employees each year for 4 years
