Would like to be able to add employee | Risk Management Platform Ideas

Would like to be able to add employee name to other incident reports besides just the injury report.

Helps with trending to see where focused training needs to occur. Not sure why we would capture employee name, position and tenure for just the injury reports. They are needed across the board.
