There are cases where we have an incident that may or may not turn into a claim. Our insurance company wants us to submit these as "Information Only". In the event that is turns into a claim, this will not adversely affect the reporting lag time. Currently for these situations we cannot use the link from Succeed to the carrier for fear of it automatically starting an actual claim. Our hope is to make things as consistent as possible by using the Incident Track platform as the front end for both claims and info only reporting.
