Let me explain the scenarios. First, We have created a policy for our company that covers all company vehicles. We have field techs and sales people who drive and have to read and acknowledge reading the policy. Then they have to complete a MVR release form and submit to HR. Once they complete this form I am uploading it back to their user profile. So having the training record only tells me who was assigned and acknowledged reading the policy, nothing about completion and submission of the form.
Secondly, we have forklift drivers that are having copies of their operator’s licenses / certificates uploaded. This has no connection to any training module or record on the website.
So you can see how having a report that showed the name of the attachments by user would allow me to report on various completion %. I believe having this overall visibility is a crucial piece of the document retention process that if not present unfortunately, does not render a suitable tool for our needs.
Is “employee attachment reporting” something that can be requested to be developed?
