When a person is new hire. Be able to give him all new HIre training required with one click instead of selecting training items one by one. Group the training items into categories created by users. Example...New HIre training, Foreman Training etc.

This is an option already. On the bottom right of the screen, under "Need Assistance", type in "Set up Automatic Scheduling". This explains how to do it.
Then when you add a new employee, click send invite at the bottom and their log in will immediately be sent to them.

Within the course scheduling panel, there is a dropdown that can be used to select multiple courses and another to select multiple assignees.
Courses can be set to be assigned automatically to employees based on position, department, etc by selecting 'Auto Scheduling' from the Training Track Setup menu.

it takes up too much time to click one course then start over to select another course and so on. Need to be able to go through and select all courses then assign
