How come there is no claimant field on a general liability claim when it’s a near miss? There would always be a third party claimant on a near miss GL claim.
Normally a near miss involves one or two individuals and while there is no injury, they would still be considered a claimant or “involved parties.” The section would not have to be called “claimant” but should have an area to name those involved in the incident.
