When clients are initially added to the platform, there is an option to send a welcome email to the client.
Example:
*Send welcome email to this client
*Also send me a copy of the welcome email
It would be very helpful to have the second option available for training track.
This would be especially useful for administrators who are enrolling new employees in training, as well as when using the New Hire function within the Automated Scheduling feature.
Currently, there is no feedback loop for the administrator confirming what communication was sent when the employee was added. Receiving a copy of the new hire/training email would provide a simple record of the communication and confirmation that the training assignment was initiated.
Could you consider adding an option for the administrator to automatically receive a copy of the new hire/training email when it is sent to a newly added employee? The code and function already exists.
