The current way to get a comprehensive training report is to use the Training History/All Site Training Status and the Assigned Documents report. The employee's name in one report is First Name Last Name and in the other report it is Last Name, First Name. This makes it difficult when trying to combine reports to share with company leadership in applications like PowerBi because the names (although they are the same person) are listed differently. Our company has over 300 employees so trying to combine thousands of training records with 2 different reports with different name formats is not efficient.
