It would be very helpful if there was a company-level option for a notification of any & all employee-completed safety training to be emailed to a specific email (i.e. a safety manager)

I agree. This is a request I hear often from our insureds. It would make it much easier for managers to keep track of assignments without needing to log in to check manually.
