Adjust "notify employees immediately" option on Training Track - you should be able to notify an employee of a scheduled training & allow them access to the course. This would enable the employee(s) to be proactive! Yes, you can change the communication settings for new task assignments but that adjusts across the entire organization and limits a customized approach.
