Risk Management Platform Ideas

When I am adding an employee's supervisor's name, I need to be able to choose from any department. We have so many cross-functional managers. For example, our Purchasing Director (Purchasing Dept) reports to the CFO (Accounting Dept). I cannot select the CFO's name, because she is not in the Purchasing Dept. I have to add the CFO again as a separate manager with the department of Purchasing.
