We need to have some type of notification on the Audit Track where we have notifications for complete/incomplete, pass/fail and follow up on corrective actions assigned back to the employees to tracking purposes.

From Whitney Smith @Alliant - Need a way for an admin to be notified if something is not compliant or needs attention in an assigned audit
It would also be nice if when sending back to the employee, the audit results would show the correct/passing answer that was needed for the particular question/audit item.
