Risk Management Platform Ideas

I manage the fleet and believe that all drivers should complete training on CMV regulations and driver safety before they ever operate one of our assets. It would be highly convenient to have a dedicated “Driver Training” tab containing all of my pre-selected learning modules, ensuring that each driver receives the necessary instruction before performing any type of hands-on or demonstrative work. Additionally, I would like to group these trainings based on the employee’s specific job duties, aligning them with the Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for their role. This would streamline the onboarding process, promote consistency in training, and ensure that safety instruction is directly relevant to the work being performed.
