Auto Generated Employee Email Notification

I have an employee who is receiving auto generated emails, while he has completed all the training programs. How do we turn this off. Employee name is Cameron Bates. Thank you!

    If you didn't get an answer to this question from support let me give you some help. Usually this is because the employee in question has not completed the training. I would suggest logging in as the employee first and verifying they truly completed the training. I find that employees all of the time either didn't click done/complete to essentially click through a training. The other is they are only part way through the training.


    Once you have verified if the training is complete or not you can either click to close the training or you can "record" the training in Training Track by finding the training that is completed and clicking the record icon on the far right and entering the date.
