Many times, we will assign training to many employees at once. Usually, there is about 50 employees (out of roughly 200) that do not complete their training on time. It would save our administrator so much time if there was a 1-click option to send an automated reminder email to all of the employees with assignments overdue.

Michael Krenek with Oneil Data would like this capability too. They know they have a daily task email that goes out every morning but he wants to be able to send another email later in the day. "It would be helpful if something could be built into the system that allows an admin, supervisor, manager, etc. to follow up directly with the person assigned the task. Some sort of function within the task setting itself. I like the daily email but its too easy for someone to just ignore a system generated email."
