Error toast for the Near Miss field comes in two flavors:

The less descriptive of these should probably be retired. Of all the fields in the QR form, only Offsite and Near Miss produce specific messages. All other fields produce error toast Could not save the incident. Please correct any issues and try again. and maybe focus on the element.

1. Log in as Quarez Quick-Reporter
2. IT > WR Illness/Injury
3. Save & Close > Resolve error toast
4. Repeat step 3 as necessary
