We were wondering if there could be a change in this box below on the employee portal for the download of the file. If the “I have read this document” would not pop up immediately but had a delay of 20 seconds. This would give a chance for the training to start to download and eliminate some confusion at the employee level. Perhaps in the box during the 20 second delay there could be a message of “Document downloading.” I personally have tried the download on three systems and two different browsers on two of them and have found that there is a delay to start the download and a message would be helpful that something is happening.
