When entering an Illness under additional information>Section that addresses injury natures and body part affected>side affected - Please consider adding a "both" option to the "Side affected" section. Currently, the choices available are only for the left or right side. In the event that an individual falls and injures both sides of their body, having the "both" option will enable users to select this as the appropriate response.
